By using the LUXINZA website, blog, mobile application, and/or products and services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy. This Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the Terms of Use for LUXINZA products and services.
Payments & Deposits
Full payment is required for all orders. Orders with a production time exceeding seven business days require a
50% deposit, with the remaining balance due before shipment.
Lead Times
Due to LUXINZA’s custom production and customization options, lead times may vary. To ensure timely delivery, we recommend contacting us at least
one week in advance of your scheduled delivery date.
Order Changes & Cancellations
All order changes and cancellation requests must be reported within
24 hours of placing the order. Requests made after 24 hours will be evaluated by LUXINZA based on the production schedule and logistics.
Additional charges may apply.
Return Conditions
Returns are not accepted for custom-made or customized products. If you are unsure about product selection, please seek assistance from our experts before making a purchase.
Freight Damage
Inspect your packages upon delivery. Ensure that any damage is
noted on the shipping receipt and report the damage to us
within 24 hours. Claims for damages not documented on the shipping carrier’s paperwork cannot be processed.
Defective Products & Warranty
All warranty claims are processed according to the original manufacturer’s warranty of the purchased product. To report a defective product or make a warranty claim, please send photos and a brief description to
info@luxinza.com.
Missing or Incorrect Product Delivery
Missing or incorrectly delivered products must be reported
within 24 hours. The recipient is responsible for inspecting all received items promptly and reporting any discrepancies immediately.
Order Discrepancies & Specifications
If you receive a product that does not match your order, please contact us before attempting to modify or install it. Any modifications or installation may
invalidate the return process.
Additional Terms of Sale
Once an order is confirmed, production begins, and order cancellation may not be possible
after 24 hours. After payment is completed, the buyer acknowledges that the order may not be eligible for cancellation or modification. LUXINZA reserves the right to adjust all orders according to production requirements.
